Today, a judge ruled Joseph Weaver should remain in custody as his case goes through the judicial process.
Investigators believe September 26, Weaver was waving a gun around in the parking lot of a crowded hotel in Albuquerque, pointing the firearm at multiple people. He then went into the hotel lobby and pointed the gun at people inside.
Weaver is charged with multiple counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
