BERNALILLO COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE – OPERATION SPRING BREAK
Shane Garcia broke into a woman’s home in 2016, pretending to be a police officer. He served time in prison for this crime, then got out and got into trouble again. Agents with the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office and BCSO arrested Garcia again this week. He was found with a firearm, ammo, and meth.
He is due in court today at 11:15 AM on Pre-Trial Detention in front of Judge Fox.
