Today, Special Agents with the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office, New Mexico State Police and Probation and Parole officers arrested Alfonso Rodriguez. Court records show Rodriguez had an outstanding felony warrant for drug possession and a history of violent criminal charges. Today, when agents arrested him, Rodriguez had a Firearm in the car with an extended magazine.
