Steve Hernandez Guilty

GUILTY
 
Today a jury found Steve Hernandez guilty of Criminal Sexual Penetration in the 2nd degree (Commission of a felony) and False Imprisonment.
 
At a 4th of July party, Hernandez sexually assaulted the victim while she was unconscious. Party-goers busted the door down to get the victim away from the defendant.
 
Hernandez faces 10.5 years of incarceration. Sentencing will take place at a later date.
