Today Anthony Juarez pled guilty to two counts of Assault with intent to commit a violent felony on a peace officer, and three counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer.

November 18, 2018, Juarez opened fire on five police officers as they were trying to make contact with him after police were dispatched to a violent disturbance involving Juarez.

Sentencing will take place at a later date.  He faces up to 12 years of incarceration.
