On September 26, 2023 Special Agents with the Bernalillo Co. District Attorney’s Office arrested Frankie Flores. Court records show Flores had an outstanding felony warrant for Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member. Flores was wanted on charges of strangling a female victim multiple times to the point of unconsciousness and throwing her to the ground which caused visible injuries to the victim. The victim was transported to Presbyterian Hospital for the injuries she sustained.
