Rico Dukes Indicted
INDICTED
Today a Grand Jury indicted the man investigators say posed as a BCSO deputy and carried a gun onto a high school campus.
Rico Dukes was indicted on 2 counts of Unlawful Carrying of a Deadly Weapon on School Premises (fourth degree felonies), and 5 counts of Impersonating a Peace Officer (full misdemeanor)
Dukes is currently in custody as his case makes its way through the judicial system.
