Today, Michael Garcia was sentenced to 28 years in prison for the death of his little girl.
Earlier this month, Garcia pled guilty to child abuse resulting in great bodily harm, second-degree murder and two counts of child abuse. In 2021, he beat his two-year-old daughter Diana to death. Garcia also pleaded guilty to injuring his twin boys, who were four years old at the time.
