Four Juveniles charged with Shooting BB Guns at Homeless Victims and a City Worker are being detained as their cases go through the judicial process.
The crimes happened last week. According to APD, detectives arrested four juvenile suspects for targeting individuals experiencing homelessness in downtown Albuquerque by firing BB guns at them. The suspects hit two people with BBs, including a city responder who works for the Albuquerque Community Safety Department.
They are charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
