Today, Adrian Cly was sentenced to 12 years in the Department of Corrections followed by four and one-half years of supervised probation. Last April, Cly and his brother went on a violent crime spree throughout the city of Albuquerque. Cly and his brother used firearms to steal multiple vehicles and shot at an undercover officer surveilling the Cly brothers.
Cly pled guilty to Armed Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle, Conspiracy to Commit Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle, Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle, and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
