Today a jury convicted Donnie Earl of Aggravated Battery on a Household Member (strangulation),

and resisting arrest.

The crimes happened December 28, 2022.  Earl strangled the woman multiple times to the point where the victim believed she was going to die.

Sentencing will take place at a later date.
