On 5/12/2023, Special Agents with the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office in cooperation with New Mexico State Police arrested Eric Thomas on a Felony Warrant for the charges of Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member (Deadly Weapon) and Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member (Under $1,000).
