Today Special Agents with the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office and Deputies with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alfredo Ojeda for an outstanding Felony Warrant stemming from two counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and two counts of Trafficking a Controlled Substance. Ojeda was found inside a stolen vehicle and was in possession of illegal controlled substances. He was taken into custody without incident. In addition to Ojeda being arrested for his Felony Warrant, he was also charged with Receiving/Transferring a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. This arrest continues to demonstrate the determination of our law enforcement agencies and the strong partnerships between them.
