Today, Special Agents with the Bernalillo County DA’s office and Members of New Mexico State Police SWAT arrested Mark Halladay Jr.
Court records show Halladay had two outstanding warrants on cases involving violation of a restraining order, breaking and entering, battery on a household member, larceny, and criminal damage to property. Investigators say he broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home while she was asleep. When she threatened to call police he took her phone and punched her in the back of the head. Police say Halladay then used the victim’s bicycle to get away.
