GUILTY

Today a jury found Angel Benavidez guilty of 3 Counts of Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor.

He was staying with an Albuquerque family when he was having sexual contact with two children.
Benavidez faces up to 36 years in prison.  Sentencing will take place at a later date.
