Nicholas Garcia Guilty
GUILTY
A jury found Nicolas Garcia guilty of Breaking and Entering.
September 2021, he forcibly entered a neighbor’s apartment, breaking the chain lock that secured the door, and repeatedly harassed and threatened the victim.
The jury deliberated for 30 minutes before returning the verdict. Sentencing will take place at a later date.
