TEEN CONVICTED FOR HIS PART IN A SHOOTING AT ABQ HOME
Today a jury convicted Nathan Peco of multiple crimes.
In 2020, Peco was part of a group that went to a home on Arno near Central where gunfire broke out and four people were shot.
This afternoon, a jury found Peco guilty of aggravated battery (great bodily harm), conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary, attempt to commit armed robbery, aggravated burglary with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Peco is facing 26 years in prison. Sentencing will take place at a later date.
