Tuesday, a jury found Shawn Lee Hinkeldey guilty of failure to register as a sex offender. Hinkeldey was remanded to the Metropolitan Detention Center pending sentencing and could face up to 18 months behind bars. Sentencing is scheduled for Friday, January 13.
