Richard Saravia Pleads Guilty
GUILTY
Today Richard Saravia pled guilty to Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon with a Firearm Enhancement and Criminal Damage to Property.
On September 15, 2021 he shot into a man’s vehicle multiple times during a roadrage incident.
He will be serving at least 2 years and 9 months behind bars for the use of a firearm.
