DETAINED

A man who police say lost track of his 5 year-old daughter resulting in an Amber Alert, will stay behind bars as his case makes its way through the courts. Investigators say Nicholas Clinton went to a liquor store with the little girl, then allowed the child to walk off with a known prostitute.

In December, the child spent the night at a homeless camp and was later found on a city bus. Clinton has also been charged with domestic violence in a separate case.
