Today Michael Garcia pled guilty to child abuse resulting in great bodily harm, second-degree murder and two counts of child abuse.
In July 2021, he beat his two-year-old daughter Diana to death. Garcia also pleaded guilty to injuring his twin boys, who were four years old at the time.
He faces 28 years in prison. Sentencing will take place at a later date.
