Today a judge ruled Juan De La Rosa will remain in custody as his case progresses through the judicial system.

Investigators say on July 4th, De La Rosa shot Alfonso Aguilar in a motel parking lot in SE Albuquerque while stealing Aguilar’s truck. Aguilar later passed away at an ABQ hospital. De La Rosa is charged with first-degree murder and other crimes in connection with this case.
