Today Kaya Brown pled no contest to the 2022 shooting death of Ryan White and no contest to the Aggravated Assault of Antonio Chavez Brown grabbed a friend’s AR pistol at a party in Northeast Albuquerque and opened fire, shooting White in the chest.

He is facing 22.5 years of incarceration.

Sentencing will take place at a later date.
