District Attorney Sam Bregman is taking a strong stance against anyone who uses a firearm to commit crimes. Gun Prosecutors in our Major Crimes Division have been hard at work ensuring that suspects who commit gun violence are locked up pending trial. Over the past two days, judges heard the prosecutors’ arguments and found that six offenders will be detained pending trial in separate cases.
