Today, Special Agents with the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office took Edmund Cianchetti into custody on a Felony Warrant for charges of Aggravated Battery (Great Bodily Harm), Tampering with Evidence, and Battery on a Household Member. On Jun 10, 2023, Cianchetti got into a verbal altercation with his significant other while driving home. He grabbed the victim by her hair and began hitting her head into the dashboard of the car. While pulling into the driveway, he pushed the victim out of the car and drove over the victim’s foot.
