On September 27, 2023 Special Agents with the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office and New Mexico State Police arrested Damion Martinez. Court records show Martinez had an outstanding felony warrant for the charges of Aggravated Assault (Deadly Weapon) and Shooting at/from a Motor Vehicle. The charges stemmed from a domestic violence incident that occurred on May 2, 2023. Court records show that day, Martinez showed up to the area where the victim was and fired several gunshots toward the victim’s vehicle while she was inside of it. At least one bullet struck the car.
