Investigators say the victim and Franco were leaving downtown ABQ when he repeatedly punched her, then forced her out of her car, got into the driver’s seat and took off. The victim sustained permanent injuries.

A warrant was issued for Franco. He’s charged with aggravated battery against a household member (great bodily harm), unlawful taking of a vehicle and criminal damage to property.
